To order
currently, we only except the order from local customer only (Malaysian) for custom made quilling especially for bookmarks, greeting card, frame and postcard. You can refer the product categories HERE. However, if you wish to order other than our product categories, we always pleasure to accept it. Noted that, our product is 100% based on paper only. the order can be made in small order or bulk order.
Duration
The design progress will take time within two week or less, but for the bulk order, we suggest you to order early to ensure that the product will get ready on time.
Payment
50% of the payment must be done once the order is confirmed to designer's bank accout. and the balance payment must be done before the shipment progress.the accout details will be informed to you via email. please make sure you inform the time and date once you have done your transaction.
or you do your full payment once the order is confirmed.
NOTE: for now, we only except the payment through CIMB Bank or Muamalat Bank only.
Delivery
to ensure the product safely arrived to customer, we only use POS LAJU as our shipment medium .the cost of shipment progress like below:
For < 500g : RM 5.60,
For 1kg: RM 8.00
For >1kg : add RM 8.00 for each kg.
Design
All the design are exclusively handmade, and they are non-repeatable. But, you may request for similar theme/design, and we will made some adjustment of the design in term of arrangement, colors and so on. But, if you have any idea for your design, we are freely to accept it and discuss it together.
